Osteria Fiorella Celebrates One-Year Anniversary With Neighbor La Strega, for an Italian Cuisine Collaboration

Chef Marc Vetri and his team at Osteria Fiorella at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa will celebrate its one-year anniversary by giving diners a one-night-only, unmatched pairing of chefs and cuisines.

On July 12, March Vetri and his Chef di cuisine Joel Myers will welcome chef Gina Marinelli of La Strega, an equally popular Summerlin jaunt, to Osteria Fiorella’s kitchen for the ultimate collab dinner featuring a mash-up menu from each restaurant’s chef.

The evening begins at 5:30 p.m. with an aperitivo gathering on the patio with Aperol Spritz on draft, red, white and sparkling wines and bites followed by a four-course sit down dinner inside the restaurant’s beautiful dining room starting at 6:30 p.m.
