From celebrated James Beard award-winning Chef Marc Vetri, Osteria Fiorella announces the return of its popular Sunday brunch starting April 24 at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa.
Featuring delectable breakfast and lunch classics, rustic Italian pizzas and pastas and an exceptional array of house-made pastries, Osteria Fiorella is the perfect place to dine indoors or al fresco while enjoying live entertainment. The specialty dining experience is available every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The menu features standout offerings including, comforting morning-after inspired pizzas made in a wood-burning oven like the Lombarda, with Fiorella sausage, chili flake, sunny side up egg and the Smoked Salmon Pizza, with red onion and crème fraiche along with hand-made pasta dishes including the Spaghetti Carbonara and Cappelletti, with Tuscan kale, ricotta and fennel pollen. Savory breakfast options include a selection of toasts, an egg sandwich, short rib hash and sides like Nueske’s smoked bacon and Fiorella sausage patties, to fried potatoes with beer cheese. The sweet return of Fiorella’s famous cinnamon roll launches alongside an all-new seasonal cruffin and coffee cake – sure to quickly become must-try experiences for brunch-goers. Brunch cocktails include the Fiorella house bloody Mary or mimosa or bellinis.


Sunday brunch will include rotating acts of atmospheric entertainment. Kicking off Sunday, April 24 local musician and pianist Mirko Barbesino will play from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
