T-Bones Chophouse at Red Rock Casino will debut a curated Butcher & Barrel happy hour series. Teaming up with Whistle Pig, the Vermont whiskey distillery, guests will be able to enjoy exceptional whiskeys and hand-crafted cocktails while dining on a pairing selected by our chefs to complement the beverage experience.


Guests can craft their own Whistle Pig old fashioned or choose a selection of refreshing options including the Strawberry Buck or the Grilled Peach Julep. Food offerings include tempura hot chicken, short rib sliders and crispy Brussels. The experience will take place Friday, May 27 through Sunday, May 29 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. in the lower patio lounge and bar area.
