As you may have noticed, we have been in the news lately. Following the announcement to permanently close our Texas Station, Fiesta Rancho, and Fiesta Henderson properties, news broke about our acquisition of a large parcel on Las Vegas Boulevard South and the potential purchase of a gaming-entitled parcel in the master-planned community of Tule Springs in North Las Vegas. The media reports also included updates on our Durango development, rapidly rising out of the ground, and the smaller Wildfire Fremont casino we are developing on the old Castaways site.

These acquisitions and developments represent the Company’s commitment to Las Vegas and the continuation of our long-term strategy to expand and invest as the Las Vegas valley grows. We acquire sites years-and sometimes decades-in advance of actual development to take advantage of the growth in the Las Vegas valley. In addition to the Cactus site and the Tule Springs site, we also own prime development sites in Inspirada, Skye Canyon, and at Town Center and Flamingo in Summerlin.

We understand very well that we can’t grow and thrive as we have without you-the Team Members-who make our properties unique places where our guests always feel like family. We can build some of the best resorts in the world that attract guests, but you, our Team Members, make our guests happy and bring them back, time and time again. We are thankful for our Team Members every day-because you make Station Casinos the great Company it is. We are also very proud that you voted us the leading Casino Employer by Nevada’s Top Workplace in Las Vegas and delighted to announce today that we were recently given the Great Place to Work award for 2022 – 2023.
