Rouge Room is designed as a dramatic space spread across an intimate 5,345 square feet in the event space formerly known as Crimson. The attractive entrance is lined with floor-to-ceiling velvet curtains and an oversized gold door that welcomes guests into the great red room where a grand piano takes center stage. The room is ideal for kicking off the evening with friends whether seated in a plush booth or imbibing at one of the two lavish bars.
Guests will enjoy elevated fare and exceptional cocktails in a grand atmosphere. The menu, curated with a French influence, includes savory bites like caviar and a seafood tower and a sophisticated cocktail program. Rouge Room features a swank and experiential martini offering, providing guests the option to customize their beverage with essences of lavender, rosemary, elderflower and more, served to guests tableside.
“We’re thrilled to introduce a unique concept to Red Rock Casino that we know will become the go-to spot not only for hotel guests, but locals alike,” said restaurateur Nick Mathers. “A compelling addition to the vibrant local food and beverage scene, Rouge Room offers live entertainment and a bespoke cocktail experience unlike any other in Summerlin.”
Later this spring, Rouge Cabanas will debut with an upscale adult pool experience featuring eight cabanas, multiple lounge style seating options and a full bar.
Rouge Room will hold a casting for all positions Wednesday, February 1 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. inside Rock’s Lounge and Rouge Cabanas will hold castings for all positions Thursday and Friday, Feb. 2-3 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Red Rock Casino in the Charleston Ballroom.
