Rouge Room Las Vegas Presents: Rouge Cabanas, a Luxury Adults-Only Poolside Experience

Introducing ‘Dip du Rouge,’ the pool’s debut Monday nighttime swim soiree

Rouge Room by Wish You Were Here Group is bringing the heat this summer with Rouge Cabanas, an upscale, adults-only poolside experience unlike anything Summerlin has seen before. The 21+ private pool at Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa features eight cabanas, numerous lounge-style seating options, a variety of culinary fare and dedicated outdoor bar amongst a vibrant, social atmosphere with live DJ entertainment.

On Monday, May 1 the pool will transform into ‘Dip Du Rouge,’ the venue’s new adults-only poolside evening activation running every Monday from 8 p.m. – midnight. An elevated swim soiree under the night sky, Dip Du Rouge is Wish You Were Here Group’s take on an industry night, designed to keep the good vibes going through the week. Featuring an upbeat, energetic atmosphere, a diverse lineup of local, live DJs on the decks and the Rouge Cabana food and beverage menu, Dip Du Rouge is the social event of the season. “As the weather heats up, so does the Rouge experience,” said Wish You Were Here Group Owner and Restaurateur Nick Mathers. “We are thrilled to debut a decidedly different adults-only pool program to the Summerlin social scene. Rouge Cabanas give locals and visitors alike the opportunity to experience an elevated Vegas pool season, without having to travel to the Strip.”

A specially curated Rouge Cabana menu is available featuring fan favorites like Crispy Chicken Tenders with ranch dressing and caviar; Tuna Tartare with crème fraiche, pomme gaufrette, pickles fennel, vaudovan and sunchoke chips; Golden Ossetra Caviar Service with warm blini and classic accoutrement; and much more. A dedicated poolside bar offers the venue’s famous Signature Cocktails and Classique Cocktails in addition to wine, beer and spirits. True to form, Wish You Were Here Group is setting the stage for an energetic atmosphere and vibrant social scene with a poolside entertainment lineup highlighting local DJ’s Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Rouge Cabanas are open Thurs. – Mon. from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., with Dip Du Rouge running on Monday’s from 8 p.m. – midnight. Online reservations are encouraged, with walk-ins available for both cabanas and tables pending availability. General admission and bar seating is complimentary on a first-come, first-serve basis.
