Irv’s Burgers, set to open at Durango Casino & Resort’s Eat Your Heart Out food hall later this year, will be hosting a pop-up dining event on July 19 at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa. Providing a preview of the famed Route 66 burger stand, the event will showcase signature menu items and a glimpse of what’s to come from Sonia Hong’s iconic doodles.
Irv’s Burgers, a long-standing establishment in Los Angeles, has been serving classic roadside burgers and fries since 1946. This renowned burger stand, famous for its high-quality comfort food and warm community vibes, has lured customers from all over the world, including famed celebrities such as Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, and more. Ahead of the anticipated opening, guests will be welcomed to indulge in tasty menu items throughout the event including:
- Irv’s Just For You Burger made with cheese, Irv’s sauce, pickles, and grilled onions on a sesame bun
- Irv’s Dog made with an all-beef hot dog on an Irv’s bun
- Fries available the regular way or chili cheese
- Fresh Shakes with the choice of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry
