Brooklyn-Inspired Restaurant will Bring Authentic Italian Flavors and Coveted Sports Memorabilia to Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS (Aug 7, 2023) – A taste of Italy, Brooklyn, NY-style is just around the corner at Stallone’s Italian Eatery, opening its second location this fall at Santa Fe Station.
“We couldn’t be more excited to continue our expansion with the Station Casinos,” said Stallone’s Owner Brett Raymer. “After we opened our first location in 2022, Our flavors became a staple in the community. Thankfully the company truly appreciates the flavors and style we bring to Las Vegas Valley.” The new 35-seat restaurant will be located next to the STN Sports Book. Raymer, a sports enthusiast and former co-host on ESPN radio and star of the show TANKED on Animal Planet, will curate a collection of coveted sports collectibles for the restaurant. “Fans will be able to buy autographed and non-autographed memorabilia and artwork right off the wall,” said Raymer.
Menu items will showcase savory starters, pizza by the slice or the whole pie, Brooklyn, NY-Italian house favorites like Stallone’s Famous Meatballs, garlic knots, and Hero’s with catchy names like the Raider’s Special, The Knights Special, The Aces Special, and The Famous Lasagna Sandwich. Stallone’s first location, a 1,400-square-foot restaurant, with 20 seats, opened on Silverado Ranch Boulevard in 2022.
