Red Rock Casino’s Oyster Bar Refreshes Menu with Original Palace Station Oyster Bar Dishes and Recipes

Kallisto Oyster Bar at Naxos inside Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa will relaunch as Red Rock Casino Oyster Bar and bring the beloved dishes and recipes of Station Casinos’ iconic original Oyster Bar to the heart of Summerlin. Starting Feb. 16, guests can indulge in a new revamped menu inspired by the renowned Palace Station Oyster Bar, featuring signature seafood dishes crafted with the same passion and expertise that has made the Oyster Bar a perennial favorite among locals and visitors alike

The menu will showcase a selection of classic and original recipes made fresh to order, providing guests with an unforgettable dining experience. From freshly shucked oysters to homemade chowders, soul-warming gumbo, pan roasts and seafood pastas, every dish will showcase the area’s freshest seafood prepared right before their eyes. In addition to the menu transformation, the exterior will be modified to mirror the aesthetics of Durango and Palace Station’s Oyster Bars so it will not only capture the taste, but also the look and feel of the classic Stations Casino Oyster Bar.

“Our guests have expressed their desire for the distinctive Oyster Bar experience reminiscent of Palace Station, and we’ve listened,” said Lou Abin, founder of Naxos Taverna. “This transformation is a testament to both ours and Red Rock’s dedication to delivering a consistently outstanding experience. The Oyster Bar is a Vegas institution and we look forward to upholding that tradition of excellence.”

The Oyster Bar is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m.
