Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill Now Open at Green Valley Ranch

Henderson NV (March 29, 2024) – Last night, Thursday, March 28, Blue Ribbon Restaurants and Station Casinos celebrated Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill’s grand opening at Green Valley Ranch Resort & Spa. The event kicked off with a ceremonial ribbon cutting led by Blue Ribbon Chef/Owner Bruce Bromberg alongside Ken Janssen, Vice President and General Manager of Green Valley Ranch and other longtime Blue Ribbon team members officially cut the ribbon that welcomed guests to the all-new destination. Adding to the celebration, invited guests enjoyed captivating performances by Taiko drummers throughout the night, participated in a traditional Kagami Wari Saki Barrel Breaking ceremony and raised a grand toast with customized Masu Saki Cups. Guests also enjoyed signature dishes from the sushi bar and an oversized ice-sculpture featuring fresh sushi took center stage.

The new 124-seat Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill boasts a modern interior design with wood accents, cozy booths, and a 13-seat sushi counter. Offering high-quality sushi, sashimi, and an array of hot Japanese specialties, the restaurant brings the acclaimed Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken with Wasabi Honey to Henderson. The expansion of this renowned dining concept, originating in New York City, is a testament to the brand’s commitment to delivering distinctive culinary experiences combined with fun, relaxed hospitality.

The Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill at Green Valley Ranch is open seven days a week, serving dinner from 3:30 to 10 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday, and 3:30 to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Additionally, starting Friday, April 5, Blue Ribbon will be open for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday through Sunday.
