From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Mijo’s brunch, which showcases the diverse, tantalizing flavors of coastal Mexico presented through an unconventional lens, will feature energetic beats courtesy of a live DJ. The party will continue throughout the evening with additional live performances. From 6 to 10 p.m., DJ Roger x Pepe will keep the energy high, while fire dancers and a mariachi band perform.
During the celebrations, guests can enjoy Cinco de Mayo drink specials, including a Tres Generaciones Añejo and Generaciones Blanco shot, priced at $14 each; the Moderno, crafted with Tres Generaciones Añejo Tequila, agave, muddled cherries and Cointreau; the Hidalgo Spritz, made with Tres Generaciones Blanco, cucumber puree, pineapple and Cointreau; and the Paraíso, featuring Tres Generaciones Blanco, strawberry puree and Cointreau. Each specialty cocktail is priced at $18.
Favorites from Mijo’s menu of delectable dishes with bold and vibrant flavors include the birria short rib, slow cooked beef served with corn purée, pickled onion and cotija cheese, priced at $48; lobster enchilada featuring butter poached lobster and guajillo chili topped with a lobster cream sauce, priced at $38; and fire roasted shrimp tacos with grilled shrimp, cabbage, chipotle aioli, pico de gallo and fire roasted salsa, priced at $16.

Bel-Aire Backyard and Bel-Aire Lounge will celebrate Cinco de Mayo with an all-day Tequila Garden Party. The party will begin at 9 a.m. at Bel-Aire Backyard, with a live set by DJ PHNM, a renowned Las Vegas local who’s shared stages with Skrillex and Gucci Mane. At 5 p.m., the party will move indoors to Bel-Aire Lounge, featuring a live set from DJ Leah Luna, a well-traveled and passionate DJ with an extensive repertoire of world music.
Throughout the day, both venues will offer specials on Don Julio tequila including shots of Don Julio reposado priced at $8 and margaritas, made with Don Julio tequila, agave syrup and fresh lime juice priced at $15 for one, or a pitcher for $55.

Just in time for Cinco de Mayo weekend, Lindo Michoacan will open May 2 and offer a variety of beverage specials starting May 3 through May 5. Drink specials include:

Borracha at Green Valley Ranch Spa and Casino in Henderson will host a weekend long Cinco de Mayo fiesta while also celebrating the restaurant’s eighth anniversary. From 9 p.m. to midnight on Friday, May 3, Borracha will feature a live DJ, and guests will have the chance to win tickets to the Álvarez versus Munguía fight that will take place at T-Mobile Arena on Saturday, May 4. On Sunday, May 5, Borracha will host brunch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a live DJ, and dinner will be available from 5 to 7 p.m., featuring a mariachi band performance, followed by a DJ who will keep the party going until late.
While enjoying the live entertainment, guests can savor Cinco de Mayo drink specials available exclusively for the holiday, including the Berry Blanco Buck, the Grand Margarita and the Raspberry Fizz, all priced at $16 each.
