The intimate crimson lounge will transport guests to winter wonderlands with holiday decor and a limited-time holiday cocktail menu.
This holiday season, Rouge Room, the cocktail lounge within Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa, once again transforms into a lavish holiday oasis with holiday-inspired decorations and cocktails. From Wednesday, Nov. 27 to Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2024, guests can revel in festive elegance as the chic and luxurious lounge will be adorned floor to ceiling both inside and out with holiday decor, transporting guests to one of two wintry wonderlands, where they can enjoy nine wintertime cocktails. Rouge Room’s holiday makeover will encompass two distinct settings. Inside the lounge, guests will be transported to “Candy Cane Lane,” an evergreen forest brimming with verdant Christmas trees decked with shimmering lights, as oversized candy canes guide the way and sprigs of mistletoe add an air of holiday romance. Guests can venture through the fantastical winter wonderland to the patio to find the second oasis of yuletide cheer: “The Ski Lodge,” a warm and welcoming alpine refuge from winter winds, adorned with garlands and roaring patio heaters to keep away the chill while sipping cocktails under the night sky, through Sunday, Jan. 12.
Whether in Candy Cane Lane or out at the Ski Lodge, guests can order one of Rouge Room’s eight limited-time libations, each priced at $19 and available through New Year’s Day. Festive options include:
- Bad Santa, a made with vodka, dry vermouth and FILTHY olive brine, garnished with stuffed olives
- Fireside Old Fashioned, a warm buttery, yet smoky take on the classic, made with rye whiskey, butter pecan syrup and bitters, smoked and garnished with a sugar-dusted rosemary sprig
- Snowy Spritz, an icy blue French 75 made with Licor 43, blue curacao and lemon, topped with a float of yuzu vanilla foam
- Catch Me If You Can, a rich and full-bodied spiced cocktail made with cognac, vanilla rooibos, creme de cacao, cream, allspice, ginger and nutmeg, garnished with grated nutmeg and served in a gingerbread man-shaped glass
- Christmas on the Beach, a tropical escape from winter’s chill made with a blend of rums, chai Campari, pineapple, lime and Demerara syrup, served in a Christmas tree-shaped glass
- Naughty List, a twist on a paloma made with blanco tequila, Midori, cucumber, grapefruit, lime and Fever Tree sparkling grapefruit, garnished with pomegranate boba and rimmed with basil Tajín
- Under the Mistletoe, a holly jolly julep made with bourbon, apple cider, cranberry and mint, garnished with a bouquet of mint and cranberries and a dusting of powdered sugar
- Nutcracker’s Nightcap, a festive espresso martini made with vodka, Galliano espresso and chocolate bitters, garnished with three dusted espresso beans
Those in groups can spread the holiday cheer with shareable cocktails such as the Jingle All the Way, a spiced holiday hibiscus champagne punch served in an oversized ornament for four to six people, priced at $65; or the Tipsy Tree, a collection of six shots of choice, starting at $60.
Rouge Room will also be open on Sundays from 6 p.m. to close on Sunday, Dec. 1 to Sunday, Dec. 29, 2024. The lounge and patio will also be open and fully decorated from 6 p.m. to close on Tuesday, Dec. 24 through Monday, Dec. 29 and Tuesday, Dec. 31. Rouge Room will be closed on Monday, Dec. 30.
