LAS VEGAS – Oct. 1, 2025 – Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar, a favorite among Las Vegas locals, will return to its original home inside Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Summerlin in early 2026. The popular Clique Hospitality restaurant closed in spring 2023, nearly 10 years after its original opening in 2014.

The revived Hearthstone will feature a redesigned bar and dining room, along with rustic American cuisine by Michelin-starred Executive Chef Jason McLeod. The new menu will blend Hearthstone classics with bold new dishes, paired with an expanded wine program highlighted by a curated wine room showcasing labels from across the globe. Offerings will include wood-fired pizzas, with blistered, charred crusts that are crispy on the outside and soft and airy on the inside; short rib pappardelle, tender, red-wine braised short ribs with tomatoes and herbs and ribbons of silky handmade pasta; and seasonal fruit cobbler, made with a crumbly topping and seasonal fruits.

Set in its original 6,500-square-foot space, Hearthstone’s redesign will create a warm yet elevated atmosphere that balances comfort with sophistication. The expanded bar will feature classic bar games for friendly competition, along with lounge seating that flows seamlessly with Red Rock’s vibrant casino floor. Guests can expect a versatile destination ideal for everything from casual meals and date nights to group gatherings and private dining.
