Station Casinos continues its property-wide transformation of Green Valley Ranch with a comprehensive renovation of its beloved Regal cinema. Currently underway, this local favorite theater is in the midst of a phased remodel designed to elevate the cinematic experience not only on the screen but throughout the entire visit. From the first step into the lobby to the moment the credits roll, guests will soon be welcomed to enjoy blockbuster films in a luxurious, new environment.

The renovation will introduce an all-new inviting lobby and promenade layered with a warm, neutral color palette, soft textures, and a curated lighting design that nods to the cinematic experience. Guests will find an updated concession area with expanded food offerings alongside an all-new bar serving curated craft beverages. Adding to the remodel, the venue will debut a comfortable lounge area featuring plush seating that makes for the perfect place to meet before or unwind after the show. Inside each auditorium, the experience will be transformed with ultra-comfort recliner seating, enhanced acoustics, and state-of-the-art projection systems. Refined digital features and lighting throughout the venue aim to streamline the visit from entry to exit, while the overall design blends seamlessly with the property refresh and aligns with the Regal brand. Green Valley Ranch’s cinema is also home to two luxury private movie booths that will also receive a premium refresh. The project is designed by The Design Collective in combination with the in-house Station Casinos design and construction team.

The Regal Green Valley Ranch theatre will be open and operating throughout the remodel and is expected to be completed in mid 2026. Green Valley Ranch Resort is undergoing a property-wide $200 million room, suite, and meeting and convention remodel that will enhance the already redone spaces including all new High Limit Slot and Table Games rooms, Polaris casino bar, Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill, and Drop Bar.
