Winter is taking over at Rouge Room as the intimate, Parisian-inspired cocktail lounge at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Summerlin transforms into the Aspen Ski Lodge and Winter Wonderland from Friday, Nov. 28 – Sunday, Dec. 28. The holiday season at the lounge starts Thanksgiving weekend with a party and unveiling of its Aspen Ski Lodge experience, starting at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 29. This après-ski-themed night offers a chance to experience the ambiance of a luxury ski resort without leaving the desert valley, as Rouge’s poolside patio will be outfitted with furs, fire pits for warmth and an outdoor bar. Guests can light up the night by dancing to a special performance by GRAMMY Award-nominated producer TOKiMONSTA. Tickets for TOKiMONSTA are required and may be purchased by visiting Rouge Room’s website.
If the weather is too frightful outside, the holiday extravaganza is also available inside all month long with Rouge Room’s spectacular Winter Wonderland. The velvety lounge will transform into a Christmas-themed escape, turning the high-energy lounge into a fully-immersive experience with dazzling lights, festive trees, spirited decor and weekly holiday parties with live DJs.
Rouge Roundup switches its cowboy hat for a Santa hat for Cowgirl Christmas from 8 p.m. to late every Friday in December. For the kickoff Cowgirl Christmas on Friday, Dec. 5, DJ Slim McGraw, the American party rocker hailing from Nashville, will combine his style of country jams and electric beats to turn the room into an unforgettable holiday party every week. Additional live performances will include Harmony Shay, The Night We Met, and others.
Those looking for beats with more bass can find them during “Naughty or Nice,” a special edition of Rouge Noir, from 10 p.m. to late on Saturday, Dec. 13. During the party, guests can don their best Christmas attire and decide which list they fall under while dancing along to a live DJ and sipping on the seasonal cocktails.
Beginning at 11:30 a.m., on Sunday, Dec. 14, Rouge Room’s new monthly party brunch will be decorated in a festive spirit to celebrate the start of the holiday season. This month’s brunch follows in theme with Rouge’s Winter Wonderland, encouraging guests to attend dressed in all white to bask in the snowy escape of the lounge. This month’s setlist will be spun by local DJ and producer DMTRI and his closest compatriots.
Whether outside at the Aspen Ski Lodge or escaping into Winter Wonderland, guests will have the option to embrace the holiday spirit with one of Rouge Room’s nine limited-time libations, available through New Year’s Day. Festive options include:
- Partridge in a Pear Tree, a crisp champagne-based cocktail made with Telmont Brut, Belle de Brillet pear liqueur, spiced hibiscus tea, cranberry, lemon and rosemary, priced at $22.
- Son of a Nutcracker, a rich, chocolatey libation with the choice of Aspen vodka or Flecha Azul Resposado and mixed with espresso, creme de cacao and hazelnut, priced at $19.
- Sleigh Bell, a tangy Don Fulano Blanco-based libation made with amaro Montenegro, ginger honey, spiced apple, lemon and mint, priced at $22.
- Clausmopolitan, a festive take on the classic cosmopolitan made with Grey Goose vodka, Cointreau, elderflower, white cranberry and lime, priced at $19.
- Fireside Fashioned, a smoky and holiday version of an old-fashioned made with Angel’s Envy bourbon, butter pecan and cherry bark vanilla bitters, priced at $22.
- Coco Jingle, a tropical holiday cocktail made with Novo Fogo passion fruit, RumHaven coconut rum, coconut, banana, pineapple, lime and nutmeg, priced at $19.
- Velvet Vixen, a creamy cocktail made with Hennessy VS, Grand Marnier, creme de cassis, fig, egg white and lemon, priced at $20.
- Reindeer Games, a fireside sip made with Old Forester bourbon, Averna, creme de cacao, allspice, cream and topped with toasted marshmallow, priced at $20.
- Sweater Weather, a boozy hot chocolate made with Baileys chocolate liqueur, peppermint, steamed milk, dark cacao and topped with whipped cream, priced at $19.
- Specialty shots including:
- Santa’s Pick Me Up, an energizing shot made with Ketel One vodka, Mr. Black coffee liqueur, cold brew and vanilla, priced at $10.
- Snow Much Fun, served in a party yard cup to last all night long, this sweet and spiced concoction is made with Casamigos Blanco tequila, Aperol, apple cider, cinnamon, lime and San Pellegrino Aranciata, priced at $40.
- Deck the Halls Shot Tree, the treat with something for everyone this holiday season. Priced at $60, the tree comes with six shots inside of a festive ornament with guests’ choice of:

Rouge Room will also be open on Sundays from 5 p.m. to late on Sunday, Dec. 1 through Sunday, Dec. 28.
