Green Valley Ranch Resort has completed the renovation of the resort’s 199 West Tower rooms, marking a major milestone in the property’s multi-phase, $200 million property-wide transformation. The fully refreshed rooms are now available for guest stays and currently on sale, while a selection of newly renovated West Tower suites will be unveiled in January 2026. Planned renovations of the remaining 294 East Tower rooms and suites and South rotunda lobby have commenced and will debut in 2026 alongside upgraded meeting and convention spaces set to accept bookings in the first quarter of 2026.

Green Valley Ranch’s Resort King (90), Resort Queen (64), and Resort King with Patio (8) rooms span 495 sq-ft, and the Executive King (6), Executive Queen (8), and Executive King with Patio (6), Executive Queen with Patio (4) Suites span 715 sq-ft and are inspired by refined European craftsmanship and contemporary luxury, each space is thoughtfully designed with an elegant palette of shagreen leathers, and caramel tweed upholstery. Designed by Avenue Interior Design alongside Station Casinos’ in-house design and construction team, the sophisticated design elements include stone surfaces, bookmatched Calacatta Macchia Vecchia marble, and waterfall edges with custom hardware, while artfully layered lighting creates a sophisticated and calming ambiance. Each room features abundant storage, LED vanity mirrors for spa-like illumination, a fully stocked minibar, 65″ smart TVs, Nespresso machines, a Conair garment steamer, automated lighting control system, plush robes and vintage inspired analog alarm clocks and thoughtfully selected luxury amenities that elevate every moment of the guest experience.

Exquisitely Reimagined Meetings and Conventions Space – 1st Quarter 2026
Conference and event guests will experience a newly refreshed space following the meetings, conference and event redesign in the first quarter of 2026 with the space boasting lighter color palettes, updated furnishings, and improved lighting aimed at enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. Spanning an area of 69,000 square feet, the exquisitely reimagined space includes upgraded ballrooms, breakout rooms, and a redesign of the former Pond space that can seamlessly accommodate conferences and events of every scale from intimate gatherings of 50 guests to grand galas welcoming up to 5,000 attendees.

As part of the resort’s comprehensive renovation, Green Valley Ranch’s Regal Theatre is undergoing a state-of-the-art phased refurbishment designed to enhance and elevate the cinematic experience, in line with the property’s overall design vision. The reimagined cinema, set for completion in Q2 2026 will feature a warm, neutral color palette, refined textures, and curated lighting, complemented by a new lobby lounge, expanded concession area, and a craft beverage bar. Within the auditoriums, guests will enjoy ultra-comfort recliner seating, enhanced acoustics, and advanced projection systems, while the two private luxury movie booths will receive a full upgrade. Green Valley Ranch will welcome the return of its Poker Room in late 2025.

Green Valley Ranch also recently welcomed new restaurant Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill, Polaris Casino Bar, joining the ever-popular Hank’s Fine Steaks & Martinis, Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca, Boracaha Mexican Cantina and Pizza Rock by Tony Gemignani.
