Green Valley Ranch Resort & Casino is pleased to announce that Irv’s Burgers, the legendary Los Angeles burger stand known for its classic roadside-style burgers and signature “Just for You” hospitality, will join the resort’s food court in Spring 2026. The brand will open in the space currently occupied by Fatburger, which is scheduled to close on February 15th, 2026 to make way for its arrival.
Originally established in 1946 on Route 66, Irv’s Burgers has long been celebrated for its nostalgic charm, hand-drawn doodles, and freshly made, no-frills burgers that have earned generations of fans. After debuting its first Nevada location at Durango Casino & Resort and opening a second outpost at Miracle Mile Shops, the brand continues expanding its Las Vegas presence with a new home at Green Valley Ranch.

At Green Valley Ranch, guests can expect Irv’s old fashioned pressed-to-order burgers crafted with premium beef, American cheese, pickles, onions, and classic condiments, alongside favorites like chili cheese fries, hand-spun milkshakes, and other nostalgic sides that celebrate classic American burger culture.

This addition comes as Green Valley Ranch’s continues its $200 million renovation, which includes remodeled rooms, suites, refreshed meeting and convention spaces and enhancements across additional guest areas such as the return of Poker, and the addition of stunning new High Limit Slot and Table Games rooms, the arrival of Polaris casino bar and the addition of Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill, and Drop Bar.
