LAS VEGAS (Dec. 1, 2025) – Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa is pleased to announce that With Love, Always, one of Las Vegas’ most buzzed-about smash-burger concepts, will join its food court in Spring 2026. The locally born favorite, known for its premium double-patty burgers, fresh ingredients, and heartfelt, community-driven approach, will bring a taste of Las Vegas’ vibrant food culture to Red Rock’s refreshed dining scene. The new concept will open in the current Fatburger space, which will close on Monday, Jan. 12 to make way for the arrival of With Love, Always.

The menu will highlight signature double smash burgers made with fresh Black Angus beef seared on a hot griddle and built on soft potato rolls, layered with American cheese, onions, and classic condiments. The founders describe the concept as a love letter to their hometown, a place where great food, simplicity, and nostalgia come together.

With Love, Always was created by founders Kevin Whelan, Drew Belcher, and Damian Ocampo, who first launched the concept as a small Las Vegas pop-up in 2021. What started as a simple idea, crafting the best smash burger they could, using only fresh, high-quality ingredients, quickly resonated with locals. The team went on to open their first brick-and-mortar location in 2024, solidifying the brand as a standout in the city’s fast-casual dining scene.
The addition of With Love, Always reflects Red Rock Casino’s commitment to showcasing top local talent and expanding the range of approachable, high-quality dining options available to guests. The brand will join the lineup of new local favorites debuting as part of the property’s continued food court refresh.
