Red Rock Casino is turning up the heat on Saturday, December 13 with a special pop-up that’s already creating a buzz. Ya Baba Shawarma, led by owner and Vegas local Ted Haddad, is taking over Gridiron Grill for one day only.
If you’ve been searching for authentic, perfectly crafted shawarmas in Las Vegas, Ted is the one doing it right. His signature chicken or steak shawarma starts with marinated, thinly sliced meat layered with creamy tahini and toum sauce, all wrapped in a warm, oversized pita.
