Station Casinos has been included in Forbes’ America’s Best Employers 2026 list, an annual recognition presented in collaboration with Statista, a leading global statistics and industry ranking provider. The list was announced today and is available on Forbes’ website.

The recognition is based on an independent survey conducted by Forbes and Statista that gathered feedback from U.S. employees across a wide range of industries and organizations with at least 1,000 employees nationwide. Millions of evaluations were considered, with significantly greater weight placed on direct feedback from employees, alongside public perceptions from those familiar with the industry.

“At Station Casinos, our Team Members are the heart of who we are and this recognition is a celebration of their commitment, passion and teamwork,” said Chris Smith, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Station Casinos. “We’re proud of the culture we’ve built together, and we remain focused on listening, learning and investing in meaningful opportunities for growth and well-being across our organization.”
Station Casinos continues to invest in initiatives that support career development, health and wellness, and a culture of recognition across all levels of the company. From structured training programs to comprehensive benefits and resources, the company strives to foster an environment where Team Members can thrive both personally and professionally.

This recognition follows other recent workplace honors that reflect the company’s people-first focus, including being named a Top Workplace by USA TODAY in 2025, based on employee feedback related to engagement, support and opportunity.
