MASTER KIM’S WAGYU HOUSE NOW OPEN INSIDE PALACE STATION HOTEL & CASINO

LAS VEGAS (July 28, 2026) – Master Kim’s Wagyu House, the premium evolution of local favorite Master Kim’s Korean BBQ, opened to the public on Sunday, July 26, inside Palace Station Hotel & Casino. Owned by Las Vegas restaurateur Freddy Hwang, the restaurant pairs the lively, interactive energy of Korean barbecue with premium wagyu selections.

Building on Master Kim’s signature all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue experience, Master Kim’s Wagyu House offers premium wagyu selections and carefully chosen cuts designed for tableside grilling, complemented by house-made sauces, marinades and banchan. Menu highlights include Black Angus, American and Australian Wagyu, Japanese A5 Wagyu and Iberico Pork.

“Master Kim’s Wagyu House brings a fresh and distinctive dining option to Palace Station,” said Scott Nelson, Vice President and General Manager of Palace Station. “Its premium meat selections, steak omakase course and interactive tableside format offer locals and visitors an exciting new experience while further expanding the variety of restaurants available throughout the property.”

Guests can enjoy a modern yet cozy 6,500-square-foot space with more than 30 built-in tabletop grills and seating for more than 100 guests. The restaurant’s lively atmosphere and sleek interiors provide a welcoming setting for group dinners, celebrations, date nights and casino outings. Tableside grilling, sizzling wagyu, colorful banchan and premium meat presentations are delivered to each table via conveyor belts.

A dedicated vegan Korean barbecue menu gives plant-based guests the opportunity to participate in the full tableside grilling experience. The opening also followed national recognition for Master Kim’s, which was named one of Yelp’s Top 100 BBQ Restaurants in the U.S. in 2026.

“Master Kim’s Wagyu House represents the next evolution of our brand,” said Freddy Hwang, owner of Master Kim’s. “We are bringing together everything our guests love about Master Kim’s—from bold Korean flavors and tableside grilling to an energetic, welcoming atmosphere—with premium wagyu, our first steak omakase course and new technology. We look forward to sharing this next chapter with guests at Palace Station.”

Master Kim’s Wagyu House joined Palace Station’s portfolio of local dining favorites, including China Mama and Lindo Michoacan. The restaurant is open seven days a week from 11:30 a.m. to 3 a.m. Reservations are available through SevenRooms. For more information, please visit www.palacestation.com.
